Discover a piece of heaven on Paradise Island at On Beach Time. Part of an exclusive community on the western edge of the island, only accessible by boat, this beachfront vacation rental is minutes from Nassau Harbour, but it feels like its own little world. With large living spaces and three large bedrooms, the villa can sleep up to eight guests for a warm-weather family holiday, getaway with friends or perfect tropical honeymoon.

There are no roads leading to On Beach Time, but your complimentary boat will take you right up to the private dock. Once arrived, spend your stay swimming in the ocean waters or in the oceanfront pool or stretched out on a sun lounger, listening to the waves roll in. For lunch and dinner, heat up the charcoal barbecue and sit down in the dining area. Guests can also use the fitness center to keep up with their workouts. For those who just want to relax, you’ll appreciate the Apple TV and free Wi-Fi.

Inside its large exterior, the villa is open, bright and modern, thanks to neutral tones, pale wood and plenty of French doors in the living room. Two sofas, a natural-fiber rug and seashell accents make for a relaxed living area with a beachy vibe, and the dining room can easily seat eight in linen-hued chairs. There’s also seating at the breakfast bar in the fully-equipped kitchen, where slight tinges of gray in the wood cabinetry echo the colors of driftwood outside. In the den next to the great room, the same neutral elements are used to create a more intimate effect in the smaller space.

Each of the three bedrooms at On Beach Time has an en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a king bed and opens to a balcony, a second bedroom has a queen bed and opens to a balcony and the third bedroom has two twin trundle beds. For larger parties or those needing more flexible accommodations, there’s a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom in the den.

Leave the driving for your everyday life—at On Beach Time, you can walk to the beach or take a boat to nearby attractions. Paradise Beach is steps from your doorstep, Paradise Island Beach Club is a 12 minutes walk away and The Four Seasons Ocean Club is a 15-minute walk away. Ask the boat captain to take you to downtown Nassau, just 5 minutes away, Prince George Wharf or Bahamas Fast Ferries, about 8 minutes away, or  the scenery of Blue Lagoon Island, 12 minutes away. Even the Harbour Bay Shopping Centre, Paradise Island Golf Club and Western Esplanade Beach are only 15 minutes across the water. When it’s time to return to the real world, plan on a 5-minute boat ride followed by an 18 km drive to Lynden Pindling International Airport.
